In 1980 G.G. and Amoret Cain, both natives of Collin County, started a custom home building company that has become one of the most highly respected companies in the area. In 1990, Phil Warren joined the company as a Project Manager. Son Shannon Cain joined the company in 1996 and is currently Vice President of Construction. Ellen Moore, a CPA, joined the company in 2004 as Office Manager. Cain Custom Builders is a true family owned and operated business. In addition to family, Cain Custom Builders uses many of the same subcontractors and suppliers with whom the company initially began.
